振り子アプライアンス
振り子アプライアンス is intended to produce a molar distalizing effect in the maxilla in the range of approximately 5mm. A large acrylic button is used as an anchoring component and springs or screws produce a light and continuous force against the molars. The anchoring component is secured to the bicuspids or primary molars with bands or bonding.
矯正用振り子器具は、事前にアクティブ化されたばねを備えた固定器具です。患者はそれを取り出すことができないため、常に大臼歯に力を加えます。スプリングを作るために使用されるワイヤには、「メモリ」と呼ばれるものが多くあります。つまり、元の形状に戻る傾向があります。これにより、臨床医がスプリングを頻繁に調整する必要がなくなります。また、正中線に追加のネジが配置されているため、アーチを広げたり伸ばしたりできます。
